A few things to know.

Every purchase helps us invest in the kinds of things that bring people and rescue dogs together. Better visibility, more engaging events, and the creative side of rescue outreach all help more dogs leave the shelter system.

Most orders are processed within a few business days before shipping. Delivery times vary based on the product and your location, but you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Every item is made after you place your order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, rather than being mass produced in advance. It takes a little longer to ship, but it helps reduce overproduction and waste.

Some products are produced and shipped from different fulfillment facilities, so they may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

Most apparel has a regular or relaxed fit. Product descriptions include notes about fit and feel to help you choose the best option. If you’re between sizes or prefer a roomier fit, sizing up is usually a safe bet.

Because items are made on demand, we generally can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. If your order arrives damaged or there’s a production issue, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Yes. We plan to rotate in new designs, colors, and limited-run items throughout the year.

The dogs featured in the shop are real dogs currently in Outta the Cage rescue and available for adoption. As dogs get adopted, we’ll update the lineup with new rescue dogs.
